(""Tuesday Morning"") and Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (""Liberty Mutual""), dismissing her claim for damages arising from alleged injuries she received when a suitcase fell from a shelf located in defendant's discount store onto her head. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
